Delivery & Shipping

All of our jewellery is handmade to order, therefore orders can take between 15 days to make and despatch, depending on your chosen metal and delivery location.

If you need an item urgently, please contact us before placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Due to the unique handmade nature of our jewellery, there may be factors that are beyond our control that increase delivery times. If there are any delays in the process we will endeavour to keep you informed.

The shipping costs differ depending on the countries. The shipping costs are always for your charge.

The shipping costs are free from a fixed price (for ex. in Belgium from an amount of €100, for other EU countries from €1000). The payment has to be made on our order.

After the jewel is finished, Normally the delivery is with you in 2,3 workdays. You also receive an e-mail that we got the payment and when the order was posted.

Your order will be offered to you during the day. If you are not at home, then you have the possibility to pick up the package in the post office nearby. If a product is not on stock than you will receive an e-mail with the delivery time.

All overseas deliveries are fully tracked and signed for services, with full compensation cover.

Please note that deliveries outside Belgium may incur duties, taxes and handling fees in the country of destination, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Redeliveries and Refunds

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address and postcode. If an incorrect address and postcode has been provided, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery cost to redeliver the order or if a customer decides to cancel the order, issue a refund minus the delivery charges incurred.
